I define leadership as the ability to see a problem and solving it. Its about a Black church that faced the question of how to serve our community. Its about a leader who walked away from victim hood mentality; instead, developing a preferable future and helping lead a church through revolutionary change.

Does illiteracy prevent individuals from learning about Jesus, understanding the Good News, and participating in the life-changing power it brings?
Nazarene missionary Ray Neu believes the answer should be no.
More than four billion people in the world are oral learners, but most evangelism resources rely on literacy. After realizing the disparity, Neu began searching for a way to meet the needs of this large percentage of the world population. He knew that storytelling is a relevant medium regardless of age, education, race, or religion and set about developing a tool that capitalized on the method.
